Biography
The Apparents are a Scottish punk band formed by guitarists Geordie and Mark to play the kind of punk music they feel has been lost.
Influenced by the classic punk and Oi bands and angry at the state of the world, The Apparents write songs with a social conscience and rage against the idiocy of society but make sure they do it in songs you want to sing and pogo along to.
Covering a range of punk styles and with their "no bullshit, say it like it is" lyrics, The Apparents have released their debut EP 'The Face May Change' on the 6th January 2018 and it will be followed by a full length album which is being released on CD on the 15th September 2018. The band have self financed, recorded and produced this EP as well as filmed their own video for the track 'Reali-TV' for their YouTube channel. Featuring on the EP, Reali-TV takes a scathing look at the way reality television treats its viewers and the shallowness of the fleeting fame it offers whilst providing its makers with huge profits.

The EP was recorded and produced at 16-50 Recording Studios by guitarist Mark.
The band will also be looking to arrange some gigs throughout 2018.
